Includes general access to SLT Gym for approved member.

as well as ONE 60 min. private sessions each Month (ex. Personal Training, Relaxation Massage, Nutritional Counseling, Life-Coaching, Physical Therapy, and more)

Membership Application Fee

To process your application SLT requires a fee of $99.00 US. This fee is partially refundable upon terminating your membership and you have met all of the post membership requirements. Our policies are posted for your review by clicking the following link.
